new skills I have are that I'm able to flambé stuff and make foreign food. a few of the stuff I've made is curry flambéed shrimp and some steak.

    That's awesome! Your cooking skills have certainly far exceeded my own... I'm sure the class would be glad to be taste testers for you if you ever need someone to sample some food!
